Sometimes, requisitions you submit to Procurement will have a line with $0 (zero dollars).  Usually, this is a free sample or to document the transaction liability reasons, etc.  In any case, zero-dollar requisitions occur every once in a while.  Here's the important part:  until we implement a system fix that's in the works, please let us know via Ask Finance if you submit a requisition including a zero-dollar line.  All we need is the requisition number! &nbs
