Book a Guest

Log onto TravelUVA
  • Guest travel may be booked through TravelUVA's online booking tool or directly with a CBT agent.
    • CBT Agent Team:
    • *Note: An agent fee is assessed when booking directly through a CBT agent. There is no fee for booking through TravelUVA's online booking tool (Concur). 
  • From the AirPortal dashboard, select "Book Travel" on the left, and then "Book/Manage Online Trips" to access the Concur online booking tool.
Book for a Guest
  • At the top of the "Trip Search" section in Concur, select "Book for a guest".
Continue Booking Process
  • Continue booking as normal for airfare, lodging, and/or a rental car. 
  • You will be prompted to enter the guest's name and information before confirming the booking.
View Completed Booking
  • Once the booking is confirmed, you may view the completed booking by clicking on Travel in the black header at the top of the Concur homepage. Then click on Trip Library.
