Business Intelligence & Analytics

The Business Intelligence and Analytics Team is responsible for supporting and building reporting assets through various financial reporting technologies utilized by UVAFinance. These technologies include Workday Financials, UBI/Qlik, and Adaptive Planning. We manage all aspects of Adaptive Planning. We are responsible for user management, report creation and management, and data integration to Workday FDM. 

UBI Finance 2.0 Apps

New UBI Finance 2.0 apps are now live! We encourage you to begin using these apps for all your general finance reporting needs.

You can access the new apps via the UBI Portal. You’ll recognize the new apps by their names, which use underscores instead of spaces (e.g., Workday_Financial_Analysis_and_Review).

The following reports were discontinued on October 17, 2025.  All information has been migrated to the UBI 2.0 Apps:
