I’m trying to look at my Account Certifications, but I’m getting an error that says I have limited or no access to the Account Certification ledger balances, what should I do?

If you see this error, when trying to look at your Account Certifications:

You have limited or no access to the Account Certification ledger balances. Please contact your Administrator.

  1. Check to make sure that VPN is connected. 
  2. Make sure you have the Finance Reporting Viewer role.  If you don’t have the Finance Reporting Viewer role, you will need to request it.  You can use the UBI report, Workday Security Roles.  You can also find more information about how to see and gain access to security roles in Workday using the Workday FIN Security FAQ QRG.
