Customer Support for Punchout Purchasers (UVA Approved Users)
All questions regarding Punchout orders should be emailed to the Punchout Support team at DL-PunchoutSupport@bhnetwork.com. Please do not call BHN or email other BHN teams, as they may not be trained on Punchout specifics and may not be able to efficiently answer your questions. Below is a partial list of items this team is equipped to handle:
- Resend Hawk Marketplace registration invite
- Tracking number request
- Order status
- Shipping Issues (Lost package, stolen package, non-delivery)
- Order not seen in Hawk Marketplace account
- Hawk Marketplace log in issues
- Assistance with retrieving eCodes
- Incorrect card/code balances
- New denomination and/or merchant requests
Customer Support for Punchout Card/Code Recipients (Individuals who receive the cards/eCodes)
Recipients of gift cards should not contact BHN or email the Punchout Support email distribution list. Instead, they should use these methods for assistance:
