Change a trip online:
- Once logged into AirPortal via Launch TravelUVA, click Book Travel - Book/Manage Online Trips in the left-side menu to access the Concur online booking tool.
- From the Home page select the itinerary from the Trips section.
- In the top right of the Trip Overview page, click Change Trip.
- Follow the prompts to make changes to your itinerary.
Note: Some changes may not be authorized in Concur. If this occurs, contact a CBT Advisor at 844-488-2228 for assistance.
