In order to obtain discount, travel must be booked through one of the following methods:

1.     Booking online at TravelUVA

2.     By calling Christopherson Business Travel at 844-4UVA-CBT (844-488-2228) M-F 8am – 9pm.

Traveler Benefits:

• Complimentary Preferred seats may be selected in Concur, on delta.com/mytrips, or on the Fly Delta app (available Main Cabin aisle or window seats near the front of the plane). UVA has negotiated an agreement that helps obtain better seat assignments without paying additional fees. Please note, a CBT agent assist fee will apply for assistance with seat requests on bookings that were made through Concur.

• Priority Boarding as a corporate traveler

• Priority re-booking in case of flight delay or cancellation – if your flight is cancelled or delayed, travelers booked using the UVA contract will receive priority rebooking on the next available flight before other passengers.

• 2% or higher discount on most Delta Airlines and some international partner airline's flights

• Six month Status Match - for elite members of another airlines' frequent flyer program

• Delta SkyClub Membership discount as a corporate traveler

Discounts for Personal Travel:

• Employees may enroll in the Delta Business Traveler program for discounts and offers on leisure travel.
