Employees: Employee gift cards must be purchased with a T&E Card and reconciled in the Expense module. They can be purchased from local or online vendors.
All gift cards are taxable at any amount. If gift cards will be distributed to students for non-IRB-approved research purposes, please seek approval from Student Financial Services prior to purchase/distribution.
