Replacement Card

Cardholders can submit a request for a replacement card using the T&E Card Change Request Form. Please review the individual instructions for lost cards, expiring cards, and new cards not received.

Cardholders can view their T&E Card’s delivery/billing address using the Active Cardholder Search.

Lost Card

If a T&E Card has been lost, the cardholder must complete the following:

  1. Contact Bank of America's Fraud Department (866-500-8262) to order a replacement card and to review the recent card transactions to identify any possible fraudulent charges.
  2. Submit any fraudulent charges in Workday. See the Report Fraud/Dispute a Charge page for instructions.
Replacement for Expiring Card

Expiring T&E Card replacements are sent to the card’s billing address in the middle of the month prior to the card expiration month. For example, if the card expires in June the replacement is sent in mid-May. The cardholder can view the Active Cardholder Search to verify their card’s billing address. If the department’s address is not correct or the card needs to be delivered to an alternate address, the cardholder can submit a T&E Card Change Request Form to provide a corrected/ alternate address.

New Card Not Received

Once the cardholder receives the confirmation email that their T&E Card Application was processed, they should allow at least 10 days for the card to be delivered. They can check the Active Cardholder Search to verify the departmental address where the card was delivered (home delivery will not be reflected in the Active Cardholder Search). If the card is not received after 10 days, the cardholder can submit the card replacement form. Submit the T&E Card Change Request Form to order a replacement T&E Card. The cardholder will have the option to have the card sent to their home address and/or request 2-3 day expedited delivery.

Card’s Delivery/Billing Address

The cardholder can view their T&E Card’s delivery/billing address using the Active Cardholder Search.

The card is automatically delivered to the cardholder’s departmental address listed on their T&E Card Application unless “Deliver to Home Address” was selected. The card’s billing address is the department’s address from the cardholder’s T&E Card Application, even if a replacement card was sent to their home address.
