No, since Account Certifications are excluded from users’ inboxes, delegation does not work for the account certification business process.
Depending on the length of time you need to delegate the Account Certification responsibility for, you may need to two different things:
- For any Account Certification that have already been created and pushed out, use the Reassignment Request Template within the Account Certification UBI module to request that an account certification be directly reassigned to the person you would like to Prepare or Approve the account certification. - If the person will be on leave across a month end when a new Account Certification will be pushed out, you will need to request the appropriate Account Certification role using the Workday System Access Request. If the role is temporary, you will need to use the Workday System Access Request to remove the role once you are no longer responsible for the Account Certification.
The Central Finance Workday Support team will generally NOT accommodate standing reassignment requests, so you must request the role if you need to have access to future Account Certifications.
