How do I change a reservation after it has been booked?

To make changes to a seat assignment or to add a hotel or car reservation to a trip, click the blue trip name in the My Trips section area on the Concur landing page. From there you may use the blue links to navigate through your itinerary. To change your flight itinerary, click on the blue Change link on the right side of the screen. You will be able to 'shop' the change options before you commit to the changes. Occasionally changes will not be authorized in Concur and you will need to contact an agent.
