To reset your password, contact the BOA Works Technical Help Desk at 1-888-589-3473 8am EST to 8pm EST.
In order to perform the reset, you will have to supply CORRECTLY each of the following:
If a Cardholder:
- Provide 16 digit card number
- User name for the system
- Answer one security question
If a User who does not have a card:
- User ID
- User name for the system
- Answer one security question
The correct answers to these 3 items above will validate your account access. If all three questions are provided correctly BOA will assist with a password reset and offer a ticket number at the end of the call. If you are unable to provide the data requested BOA will advise you to contact your program administrator.
