Where can I find images of scanned checks to attach to an AHBT?

It is best practice to attach a copy of the checks that are included in the deposit to the Ad Hoc Bank Transaction (AHBT).

If you scanned a check using a remote deposit scanner (RDS), you can run a report, Deposit Details by Account Report, that has a log of the checks as well as the images, front and back, of the check in CashPro.

Let’s look at how you can find the report with images.  This process starts after you have completed the deposit (scanning the check and entering it into CashPro).

  1. Go to the Remote Deposit section of CashPro if you are not already there.

All deposits that fit the criteria selected will be shown in this report.  If you completed multiple deposits, make sure the criteria is specific to ensure the resulting report has only the deposits that are included on the Ad Hoc Bank Transaction.

  1. Select a date range, using Start Date and End Date, when the deposit(s) occurred.
  2. Select one Account Group, if you deposited both Revenue Deposits and Expenditure Credits.
