Why isn't the Ad Hoc Bank Transaction in my inbox yet?

When a check is scanned or taken to a bank, the Ad Hoc Bank Transaction (AHBT) will come to the Cost Center Deposit Specialist's inbox the next day after 1pm.  

A credit card/ACH transaction that goes through a merchant account using a MID# (Merchant ID Number) could be 2-4 business days.  See this FAQ for credit card specific information. 

What to do if you don't see your AHBT:

  • Make sure that you are listed as the Cost Center Deposit Specialist for your AHBT template.  You can find that by going to the Find Ad Hoc Bank Transaction Template - with Default FDM Worktags report.  
    • Add ECOMM & Merchant Deposit to the Purpose Field (for Credit Card/ACH transactions)
    • Add either a Company, Cost Center Hierarchy, or Template Name (to narrow down the results).   If you aren't sure, you can run it without adding this and then filter by Cost Center column in the report. 
    • Scroll all the way to the right of the report for the Cost Center Deposit Specialist.
