How do I access the centralized Amazon Business Account?
With the launch of the Amazon Business Punchout, an invitation is no longer required. You can access the centralized Amazon Business Account by accessing the UVAMarketplace and clicking the Amazon Business Tile (currently located in the “New Supplier Punchouts” section).
How do I prepare to access the UVAMarketplace to make Purchases?
All UVA users have access to the UVAMarketplace. If you have updated your Workspace and you have the necessary Security Roles to make your purchase, you should be good to go!
You can gain the necessary Security Roles by submitting a System Access Request in Workday
What if I can’t access the Amazon Business Punchout?
Make sure that you have allowed pop-ups from the UVAMarketplace.
If you cannot access the Amazon Business Punchout after allowing pop-ups, please email AskFinance@virginia.edu.
What if I have a question about shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, or an error message from Amazon?
You can access your order information and request returns/refunds via “My orders”.
If there are specific questions, contact Amazon’s customer service using the links at the bottom of the page (“Let Us Help You”)
