LOST/STOLEN CARD AND FRAUDULENT CHARGES
Please contact Bank of America as soon as possible if a card is lost, stolen, or has fraudulent charges.
- If the card is lost or stolen, please call BOA at 888-449-2273 for a replacement card and a new account.
- If there are fraudulent charges, please call BOA Fraud Department at 866-500-8262.
DISPUTE A TRANSACTION
- First, contact the vendor to dispute a charge on your T&E card.
- To initiate a dispute that you cannot resolve with the vendor, please call the BOA Dispute Department at 855-521-1795.
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
You do not need to contact Bank of America to alert them of travel. See: Can I use my T&E Card for International Travel?
SURCHARGES
The maximum surcharge allowed by Visa on T&E card purchases is 3%. Effective April 15, 2023, Visa reduced the permissible merchant surcharge to the lower of: (a) the actual rate charged to the merchant by Visa, or (b) 3%. See: T&E Card Surcharges
