What is LinkedIn Learning?
LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda.com) is an online learning platform with a library of over 13,000 online courses and video tutorials from which you can choose to develop and enhance your skills. In 2015 the UVA Library acquired an institutional license so employees can have free access to this content. Available courses cover topics such as project management, office technology, customer service, management, effective communication, and many more!
Deliver a comprehensive finance training program that advances the University’s compliance objectives while providing employees with job-specific skills necessary to succeed in their current positions and develop the skills that will prepare them for the next step in their careers. Increase awareness of compliance requirements and develop methods to monitor key metrics to track compliance gains realized through outreach and training. Enable international engagement and experiences by providing support for University activities subject to export control or sanction requirements.
